Kickgh.com can report that FC Dinamo Samarqand striker Joel Kojo has officially completed all documentation to pledge his international allegiance to the Kyrgyzstan national team.

The 24-year-old attacker's documents were approved by FIFA through an official written confirmation that Kojo has been given the green light to play for the Kyrgyz Republic.


Kojo has been in the books of FC Dordoi Bishkek and Football Club Alay Osh of the Kyrgyz Premier League since 2017.


In 2020, he won the Kyrgyz Cup, as well as the Super Cup in 2018, 2021 and 2022 whilst playing for the two top tier teams.

The Kyrgyzstan national team handed a debut call up to Kojo in May ahead of their preparation for the CAFA Nations Cup 2023 international tournament.


Kojo is currently enjoying life at FC Dinamo Samarqand, where he has netted eight goals and fired one assist in nine appearances in the 2023 Uzbekistan Pro League, which is second division after the Uzbekistan Super League.


The dazzling goal monger has featured in three games for The Lions in the Uzbekistan Cup and has scored one goal.
