The 21-year-old, who once declared himself as the best central defender in the Swedish top-flight, is looking forward to having a fine season with the Blåvitt ahead of the start of the new campaign
Ghanaian centre-back Rockson Yeboah is hopeful of a positive season with Allsvanskan side IFK Göteborg for the 2026-27 football season.
Following his impressive outings in the 2024-25 campaign, the former AEK Anthens loanee is now itching to emulate such effort in the upcoming Swedish top-flight so as to catch the eyes of elite division suitors across Europe next term.
The 21-year-old has told newspaper Göteborgs-Posten: ''This is the time for me to show what I have in me. This is the season that I hope everything goes as I planned.'' He added on his ambitious target for a marquee transfer switch next season: ''Yes, that's the plan. Then only God decides how it will be. I will do my best and see what it gives me and the team.''
Yeboah took in 14 appearances for IFK Göteborg across all competitions during the 2024-25 football season. He's yet to earn his international cap with Ghana at any international level.
