Ghanaian forward Benjamin Bernard Boateng has returned to Egyptian football after signing for Kahrabaa Ismailia.

Boateng comes back after tough spells with Al Nasser in Libya and Nejmeh SC in Lebanon, where things did not go as planned.

The pacy striker has played in Egypt before, turning out for Smouha SC and Al Ittihad Alexandria Club. His good performances there helped him earn moves to North Africa and the Middle East.

After the challenges in Libya and Lebanon, Boateng sees his return to Egypt as a chance to start again in a league he knows well.

Kahrabaa Ismailia will count on his experience and goal-scoring ability as they aim to strengthen their attack, while Boateng hopes to find his form and make an impact in the Egyptian league.
