The 19-year-old Ghanaian left-back is set to seal his move to the Swedish top-flight campaigners following successful trials for the past months
Swedish Allsvenskan giants Malmo FF are set to sign Ghanaian defender Banabas Tagoe on a short-term deal after impressing the technical handlers of the Eleda Stadion outfit during his trial sessions.
According to Swedish Newspaper fotbolskane.se, the talented Ghanaian stopper is set to pen a six-month contract with the Malmo-based side on July 15, 2023 and would be made to spent time with the U19 side for the 2023/24 football season for the duration of the short-term deal.
The report added that the decision to draft the 19-year-old into the youth team setup is to assess him over his output in order to take a decision in handing him a long-term contract upon the expiration of his deal.
Banabas Tagoe is yet to earn his international cap for Ghana on the international stage.
