Ghanaian winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has reportedly declined a summer move to English Premier League side Everton, opting instead to remain at Leicester City.
According to multiple reports, the Toffees had expressed strong interest in securing the 20-year-old’s services following his impressive performances in the 2024/25 campaign. However, Issahaku is said to have informed both clubs of his decision to continue his development with the Foxes.
The former Dreams FC star played a pivotal role in Leicester’s season, cementing his place as a key figure under manager Enzo Maresca. His pace, creativity, and ability to deliver in crucial moments have made him a fan favorite at the King Power Stadium.
Issahaku joined Leicester City on a permanent deal earlier this year after a successful loan spell from Sporting CP.
