Budding talented Ghanaian forward Ernest Appiah Nuamah commenced his 2022/23 season with the fastest goal for FC Nordsjaelland in the Danish SuperLiga on Monday evening.

FC Nordsjaelland recorded a 2-0 away win over Odense Boldklub in the 2022/23 Danish SuperLiga opener at the Odense Stadium.

Appiah Nuamah brilliantly opened the score for FC Nordsjaelland after a defensive blunder on the 3rd minute of the game.
 
The 18-year-old was replaced by his teammate Andreas Schjelderup on the 64th minute. His compatriot Abu Francis and Jonas Jensen-Abbew warmed the bench.
 
On the 83rd minute, FC Nordsjaelland extended their lead to 2-0 through substitute Andreas Schjelderup, who connected a pass from Lasso Coulibaly.
 
Appiah Nuamah signed a long-term contract with the Yellow and Red lads after a successful trial in September last year.
 
The Kumasi-born was offered a contract by FC Nordsjaelland when he turned 18 years in November after a successful month trial but his registration for the club's first team was pending for an approval in January 2022.
