Italian Serie C side Giugliano Calcio have terminated the contract of Ghanaian centre-forward Giovanni Kyeremateng, with the striker current deal due to come to a close at the end of this season.
The Stadio Alberto De Cristofaro outfit said the abrogation of their contract with the former Inter Milan youth man was done on mutual basis between both parties.
"Giugliano Calcio 1928, on today's date, announces that they have reached an agreement for the consensual termination of the contract with the footballer Giovanni Kyeremateng. The club thanks the striker for his efforts and wishes him the best personal and professional fortunes," an official statement from Giugliano Calcio reads via their Facebook page.
Kyeremateng featured in 8 league games for the 'Tiger Clubs' in the ongoing Serie C 22/23 football season.
He could be snap up by fellow Lower-tier side Imolese Calcio 1919 now that he finds himself into the free agent pool this winter.
The Arona-born forward could play for Ghana at the international level.
