Ajax manager Alfred Schreuder says Mohammed Kudus has charmed him with his mindboggling intuitive display at the club.
The new gaffer has hinted that he will be deploying the former Nordsjaelland marksman upfront this season.
The Black Stars midfield was sidelined with injuries in major part of last season, as Ajax won the league title.
He featured twenty-two times and scored a goal for Ajax under Ten Hag last season.
The 21-year-old has fully recovered and scored in their preseason game against RB Salzburg.
Alfred Schreuder says Mohammed Kudus has charmed him with his intuitive performance as insists that he is stronger and faster.
"He can play in the front in the striker, but also on the right and left. I did say to him: 'Don't start thinking: oh dear, the trainer no longer sees me as a midfielder.' It is not like that,” he told VI news.
"But up front I am charmed by him. He is a very interesting attacker for Ajax, because he plays very much from intuition," he revealed.
"As a defender, that is very difficult to play against. He is strong, fast and acts things no one expects."
