[The budding forward of Ghanaian heritage clinched the feat with a cameo game time in his side's 1-2 victory against Arminia Bielefeld on Saturday in the ongoing third tier league campaign

German-born Ghanaian teenager Gibson Nana Adu has so far become the youngest ever player to play in the German 3.Liga contest with SpVgg Unterhaching.

Per German magazine Kicker, the budding talented striker made the history after making his appearance at the age of 16 years, 3 days - beating the likes of Bayern Munich talisman Jamal Musiala, Borussia Dortmund Youssoufa Moukoko and now Real Madrid defender David Alaba.

Given his impressive showings with the U17 youth ranks, Adu could now be offered the opportunity to figure prominently in the main team set-up of SpVgg Unterhaching for the rest of the campaign.

He still remains eligible to switch allegiance and represent Ghana on the international stage as he's yet to be capped by the Germany national team at the senior level.
