Deabeas Owusu-Sekyere scored his ninth goal for Zhejiang Professional in their 3-2 defeat to Tianjin Jinmen Tiger on Sunday afternoon.
Italy international Andrea Compagno put the host ahead - notching twice in the 27th and 39th minutes before Zhejiang Professional forward Leonardo pulled a goal back in the 61st minute.
Two minutes later, Tianjin Jinmen Albanian winger Albion Adem fired home to seal victory for the home team.
Owusu-Sekyere sent a way-too-late warning signal to Tianjin Jinmen in the 65th minute when he reduced the deficit to silence the fearful home crowd, forcing the match to end 3-2.
The Dutch-born Ghanaian attacker has become a regular goal dinker in the Chinese Super League, having featured 23 times and netting nine goals and providing two assists so far.
