The Representative of Ghana international Kudus Mohammed has said that the upcoming summer transfer window is the best time for the exciting attacker to leave the Johan Cruyff Arena outfit.

Kudus Mohammed's agent Jennifer Mendelewitsch has affirmed their decision of leaving Dutch Eredivisie giants Ajax in the summer.

The 22-year-old has emerged as a top transfer target for several clubs in Europe following his explosive performance at Ajax this season.

His agent in an interview also confirmed that the former FC Nordsjaelland attacker has turned down a contract extension offer from Ajax to force a move in the summer.

“What I can say is that after the World Cup and this season, there is a lot of interest in Kudus. I think it is best for both Ajax and Mohammed that he makes a transfer now," Jennifer Mendelewitsch said in an interview.

“Now is the right time. He has ignored a proposal to extend his contract until the summer of 2026."

The €40 million rated midfielder has heavily linked with a move to the Premier League after attracting interest from Arsenal, Newcastle United, Manchester United and Liverpool.

His current contract with Ajax will be expiring in the summer of 2025.
