Celta Vigo defender Joseph Aidoo has suffered a fresh injury in Ghana's friendly game against Mexico.
The 28-year-old was handed a starting berth by Chris Hughton in the Black Stars' international friendly against the South American nation at the Bank of America Stadium in USA.
However, Aidoo was substituted after enjoying only 28 minutes of the game due to an injury.
He was replaced by Clermont FL versatile player Alidu Seidu
