The Ghanaian forward is reportedly nearing a move to the newly-promoted Italian elite division side in this current transfer window
Ghanaian striker Kelvin Yeboah is on the verge of sealing a transfer move to Serie A side Venezia FC, a report from the Italian media has claimed.
The 24-year-old, who is owned by fellow top-tier side Genoa, spent the 2023/24 season on loan at French Ligue 1 side Montpellier HSC as well as Belgian outfit Standard Liège.
With the Belgian club having the option to make his loan deal permanent, such clause could be scuppered given the interest being expressed by other suitors in this current transfer window
According to Italian portal Il Secolo XIX , the former Augsburg FC loanee man is set to part ways with his current employers and would link up with the Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo campaigners ahead of the new football campaign.
His contract with Genoa will expire in June 2026 and is likely to spend the upcoming season with any of his admirers going forward.
Yeboah, who is a nephew to former Ghana international great, Anthony Yeboah, is yet to be cap-tied by Ghana at the international level
