Ghanaian youngster, Bernard Somuah scored his fifth goal of the season for Celta Vigo B in their thrilling 4-2 victory over Real Avilés in Group 1 of the Spanish Primera Federación round 24.

The 20-year-old found the net during the match last Sunday, February 15, helping his side secure the important three points and continue his impressive form since joining on loan.

The remaining three goals were scored by Hugo Gonzalez, Alvaro Marin and Hugo Burcio while Avilés two consolation were produced by Kevin Bautista and Edu Campabadal.

Somuah celebrated his 20th birthday just days before the game, marking the milestone with another goal to brighten his chances of staying for many years at the Abanca Balaidos.

This is Bernard Somuah’s second season long-loan spell at Celta Vigo B from Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko and is hoping for a permanent stay in Europe as he looks to build on his progress.

He will hope for another starting place when they travel to Racing de Ferrol next on February 20.
