The evergreen budding star of Ghanaian descent has been on fire with outstanding performance for The Jam Tarts in the Scottish football youth competition so far this term
London-born Ghanaian starlet Jaedon Donkor is currently enjoying a blistering form with Scottish Premiership side Heart of Midlothian U18 in the 2026-27 Scottish Challenge Cup.

The 17-year-old highly-rated winger, who has passed through the academy systems of Premier League titans Arsenal and Manchester United, has been on a purple patch of form since the start of the Cup contest for the youth team of the Tynecastle Park campaigners this season.

Donkor has so far netted 5 times and assisted 1 across 5 appearances for Hearts FC U18 in the current Scottish Challenge Cup.
The promising teenage sensation has once revealed his aspirations for swapping Man Utd for Hearts FC by telling Edinburgh Evening News: ''I started at Arsenal from 11 to 14, going through the academy system. Then I moved to United. Both were really good learning experiences. I learned a lot at both clubs, and now I’m here.

'' I was at those clubs but I didn’t end up getting a scholar. I didn’t sign at United, and then I got a call from Steph [Stevie Hamilton], the head of recruitment here at Hearts. He explained the pathway to me, he told me about the Hearts Way, and it sounded really good. It was like music to my ears. I couldn’t really turn it down.''
Given his glowing talent, the talented prodigy could become a sure bet for the Ghana national football team, the Black Stars at the international level in the near future given his Ghanaian heritage.
