The Danish second division club have had their bid rejected by their counterpart over the services of their budding star of Ghanaian root this summer

Relegated Superlig side Lyngby have reportedly turned down AC Horsens bid for Danish-born Ghanaian teenager Michael Opoku in this current transfer window.

The 19-year-old winger has emerged as a transfer target for the Lyngby-based club and are now pushing for his signature in an effort to augment their attacking options with his capturing this summer.

Per Danish outlet BOLD, those in charge of the Nordstern Arena Horsens are on the lookout for reinforcement and have set sights on landing the former Brondby lF youth star.

Nonetheless, the report adds that The Yellow Danger have had their bid in excess of €260,000 flatly rejected by the current employers of their transfer target man as they aren't ready to part with their prized asset this summer.

Opoku is being revered at the Lyngby Stadion and suitors must dig deep inside their coffers if they are to secure his services in this transfer window, with his market valuation being pegged at €300,000 by transfermarkt.

Given his Ghanaian heritage, the Copenhagen-born teenager still remains fit to play for Ghana on the international stage having played for the Denmark U19 & U20 national youth teams.
