The Swedish heavyweights have revealed their plans of recruiting talented youngsters from the west African and the Asian countries in the coming months
Malmo FF will embark on a scouting mission exercise in Ghana and Japan to sign promising and upcoming young footballers, according to Swedish-born Ghanaian gaffer Jeffrey Aubynn.
The 46-year-old, who happens to be the chief scout of the Swedish Allsvanskan superpowers, has served notice that he and his entourage will be storming the two countries to unearth and recruit talents to their side starting from the spring ( March-
May) this year.
Ghana and Japan are abound of promising youngsters and such untapped budding talents are set to be exploited by the Malmo-based side at the expense of their domestic clubs in the Asian and the west African nations respectively
Jeffrey Aubynn, who assumed the chief scouting role in December 2023, told Swedish tabloid Sydsvenskan of their scouting mission in Ghana and Japan: "lt is no secret that there is an incredible amount of skill and talent in those countries." Japanese players are incredibly skilled, and I also think they are very well schooled and educated."
