The 23-year-old has been outstanding and revelation since joining the Abrankese-based and was by far their best player of the 2024/25 season in terms of numbers.
After being converted from a full-back to an attacker, the mercurial winger made it count with an impressive 14-goal involvements (12 goals, 2 assists) in 30 league appearances last season.
Reports initially had it that Asante Kotoko see him as a huge potential and needed to secure his service but looks like it’s taking a different twist.
However, the latest updates surfacing is that Charwetey, who last featured for Nations FC in match-day 17, is reportedly in Albania now to join a new club with their name yet to be known and whether they in the topflight or not.
Faisal Charwetey made 15 appearances so far this campaign with two goals to his belt.
