Serbian second tier side RFK Novi Sad 1921 have finalised the signing of midfielder Obeng Regan on a five-month contract from Železničar Pančevo.
The 28-year-old Ghanaian has been playing in Serbia since 2012 after leaving Asante Kotoko in 2011.
Regan will attempt to reignite the midfield of the Canaries, who find themselves 6th in the Serbian First League.
The versatile player who can operate in all the midfield positions and wings will be hoping to qualify the team to the Serbian SuperLiga as he has since started training with the team.
