The ex-Black Starlets skipper has completed his season-long loan switch to the Portuguese third-tier outfit from his second-tier mother club this summer
Portuguese Liga 3 side Varzim Sport Club have confirmed the loan signing of Ghanaian striker Eric Ayiah from Liga 2 club FC Felgueiras.
The former AS Monaco U19 youth star is set to spent the entire 2025-26 season with the lower division campaigners after completing his transfer move ahead of the transfer deadline day.
An official announcement over the loan signing of the 25-year-old attacker read via the club's Facebook Account: ''Eric Ayiah is loaned out from FC Felgueiras until 2026.''
Ayiah, who had a tremendous season, netted 5 goals and assisted 3 in 29 games for FC Felgueiras across all contests during the 2024-25 season.
He is yet to earn his cap with the Ghana Senior National Team, the Black Stars at the international level having played 10 times for the Ghana U17 national team.
