Ghanaian midfielder Emmanuel Gyabuaa has joined Serie C side US Salernitana from Serie A side Atalanta on a six-month loan deal until the end of the season, the club have confirmed.
The ex-Parma FC budding star, who spent the first half of the current campaign on loan at Serie B side US Avellino, is yet again set to spent the second half of the campaign with the Granata at the Stadio Arechi after being loaned out to them this January.
ln announcing the loan deal, the former ltalian top-flight campaigners have said their contractual terms with the Serie A outfit have a clause of an obligation to buy the Ghanaian prospect enforcer on a permanent basis at the end of the season owing to a certain conditions.
An excerpt of an official statement reads on the club's official website: ''US Salernitana 1919 announces that it has reached an agreement with Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio for the transfer of midfielder Emmanuel Gyabuaa to the club. The 2001-born player joins Salerno on loan until June 30, 2026, with an obligation to buy subject to certain conditions.''
Before ending his loan spell with US Avellino this winter, he took in 5 game appearances across all competitions in the current 2025-26 campaign.
Given his Ghanaian heritage, the Parma-born midfielder still remains eligible to switch international allegiance and represent Ghana at the international level after playing for the ltaly national youth teams.
