 The winger has completed his switch to the Dutch elite division side ahead of the new football season

 Ghanaian winger Braydon Manu has joined Dutch Eredivisie side PEC Zwolle on a two-year deal, with an option of a further season extension upon its expiration, the club have confirmed.

The 27-year-old is joining the MAC³PARK Stadion campaigners on a free transfer after parting ways with German side SV Darmstadt 98 this summer.

 An official confirmation over his signing read; "PEC Zwolle has reached an agreement with Braydon Manu for a transfer to Zwolle. The 27-year-old winger played for SV Darmstadt 98 in recent seasons, where he is a free agent after the last Bundesliga season. Manu signs a contract in Zwolle until the summer of 2026 with an option for an additional season

Braydon Manu was born on March 28, 1997 in Itzehoe, Germany and holds dual German and Ghanaian citizenship. Since the 2021 season, Manu has played for SV Darmstadt 98 in both the Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga. In 57 official matches, he was involved in 22 goals (11 goals, 11 assists). "

Manu had this to tell his new club right after signing the deal; "After multiple contacts with technical director Gerry Hamstra, I have been in Zwolle since last Tuesday. My first impression of the club is excellent, and the warm welcome made me feel right at home. On the pitch, my ambitions are also clear: to have as much value as possible, so that we can all hopefully have a very good year ahead of us."

 Sporting director Gerry Hamstra added; "Braydon is a player we have been following for a while. With his speed and depth, he has qualities that we would like to add to our selection. In the past training week, he has also confirmed why we find him an interesting player. We wish Braydon a lot of success this season."

The German-born Ghanaian winger is yet to make his debut outing with the Ghana men's senior national team, the Black Stars after switching nationality allegiance to play for the west African powerhouse in 2022.
