The newly-promoted Finnish top-flight outfit have announced the loan signing of the 20-year-old defender in this current transfer window
Ghanaian youngster Kingsley Gyamfi has joined Finnish Veikkausliiga side Ekenäs IF on a season-long loan deal from Hammarby lF.
The promising budding centre-back is joining the Ekenäs Sparbank Arena campaigners in order to continue with his development as well as gain enough experience in the elite division contest for the 2024-25 football campaign.
"EIF borrows center back Kingsley Gyamfi from Hammarby (Allsvenskan) until the end of the 2024 season. He is already on site on Monday and training with the team."
"Kingsley Gyamfi came to Hammarby in 2022 and played his first games in green and white with the P19 team. Before that, he had played his football in his home country of Ghana and MSK Zilina Africa where he was scouted on the spot by Hammarby."
"In January 2024, Gyamfi signed a new five-year contract with Hammarby and was then moved up to the A team. He has played in four of Hammarby's matches in the Allsvenskan this season."
Prior to his loan move this summer, he figured in 4 league games for Hammarby IF in the ongoing Swedish Allsvanskan campaign.
He's yet to be cap-tied by Ghana at the men's senior national team for international duties.
