On-loan Hearts of Oak midfielder Salim Adams has been included in FC Cincinnati first team squad list for a 26-day preseason ahead of the 2023 Major League Soccer season's campaign.
Adams was acquired by the American club on a season-long loan deal with an option to buy from Ghana Premier League side Hearts of Oak.
The 20-year-old left the shores of Ghana few weeks ago to commence new life at the club's youth side, FC Cincinnati 2.
His impressive performance at FC Cincinnati 2 training sessions has earned him a spot in the first team for a 26-day preseason in Florida.
The club's official statement reads “After two weeks of training at Mercy Health Training Center, FC Cincinnati have kicked off the Orange and Blue’s 26-day preseason camp in Clearwater, Florida”
“FC Cincinnati’s traveling roster to the preseason stint in Florida includes four players signed with FC Cincinnati 2 and multiple unsigned players.”
