Segunda Division side, CD Tenerife Sporting Director, Juan Carlos Cordero, says the club have an option to make Dauda Mohammed's move permanent.
Dauda Mohammed has signed for Tenerife from Belgium outfit, RSC Anderlecht, on a-season long loan.
The 24-year-old spent last season on loan at Cartagena, also in the Spanish second tier, scoring nine goals in thirty-five games.
Carlos Cordero is optimistic of permanently signing the Ghanaian striker after his loan deal.
"It was a complex situation. We talked for a long time," he said.
"We hire Dauda from Anderlecht with an obligatory buy option for three seasons if he achieves certain goals. I'm assuming those are met and so he will stay," he insisted.”
Dauda Mohammed disclosed that he was happy to join the Chicharreros.
"I am very enthusiastic about their project. I'm happy to be here," he said.
"Cordero explained the project and I am very excited about it. I want to try hard."
