Renowned English journalist David Ornstein has reported that, Thomas Partey is very close to extending his stay with Arsenal and stay at North London beyond this season as he has few months left in his current contract
The 30-year-old has been enjoying himself this season having had no injuries come his way this time and one of his outstanding moments this season was earning Arsenal's Player of the month nomination in October last year and his top-tier double performances against Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League
Partey, has been very influential for Mikel Arteta's side so far in the ongoing campaign with his versatility as he is able to operate at his natural midfield position and has also been excellent anytime he is deployed to the right side of defense.
With his stay at the Emirates Stadium set to come to an end very soon, Thomas Partey has been linked with several moves in the upcoming summer transfer window but Mikel Arteta has already stated he will wish Partey stays with him beyond this campaign
