The German top-flight side have reinforced their forward line options with the acquisition of the talented teenager of Ghanaian origin
Bundesliga outfit VfL Bochum have signed German-born Ghanaian youngster Donovan Agyemang from Alemannia Aachen, the club have confirmed.
The 17-year-old will be joining the U19 youth ranks of the Ruhrstadion campaigners for the 2024-25 football season.
"The U19 squad of VfL Bochum 1848 continues to take shape. The talent factory can welcome another new addition to Hiltroper Straße: Prince Donovan Agyemang is moving from the youth team of Alemannia Aachen to VfL for the coming season," an excerpt of statement over his capturing reads.
The former Bayer Leverkusen youth star had this to tell his new club after appending his signature on the deal, telling the club's official website: "First of all, I'm very happy about the move to the talent factory and hope that I can help the club and of course my team a lot and that we will be successful."
Given his Ghanaian heritage, Donovan could be swiftly snapped up by Ghana as a future prospect thereby spending time with the youth teams at the international level.
