The 2024/25 Ashanti Regional Division 2 promotional tournament has been held earlier today as we look up to some interesting and exciting pairings coming up
This is competed by the champions of the various zones in the regular season as usual with the champions ultimately qualifying to the first division championship.
The champions of all seven zones have qualified automatically with the second runner-up in zone 7 included to complete the list. The eight teams will be grouped into two groups of four with the winners advancing to play each other in the final.
The draw was held today and Ebony FC have been put in Group A and will battle for the top-spot against Mid City FC, Pro Sports Academy and Sasaamo Panin FC
In Group B, Benab FC will hope to go past the group phase this time and will be up for a very task as they will have to through clubs like high-flying Acceler8z FC, Jonnboe SC and Adom FC
The competition will run from be played between May 2-9, 2025.
