T.I Ahmadiyyah, Kumasi kicked off the round of 16 with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Mankranso SHS in the opening match.
In the second game of the day, 2023 champions Simms SHS sent shockwaves through the tournament, handing defending champions Kumasi Anglican SHS a stunning 2-0 defeat.
Fast Track SHS held Opoku Ware SHS to a goalless draw, but the experienced OWASS side ultimately prevailed, edging out their opponents 6-5 in the penalty shootouts.
Adu Gyamfi SHS secured a narrow 1-0 win over Okomfo Anokye SHS in game four, booking their spot in the quarter-finals.
Osei Tutu SHS, Akropong emerged victorious in the pride battle against Prempeh College, securing a hard-fought 1-0 win. With this triumph, the Akropong boys have cruised into the next round.
The tournament's most successful team OKESS advanced into round eight humbling Obuasi SHTS by 2-0 in the sixth game of the day.
Aduman SHS secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Jacobu SHS, booking their spot in the next round.
In another thrilling matchup, Sakafia SHS and Asanteman SHS played out a goalless draw, forcing the tie to be decided by penalties. Sakafia held their nerve, edging out their opponents 5-4 in the shootouts.
