Black Stars head coach Otto Addo will by the close of the week announce his squad for the final two games against Central Africa Republic and Chad in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

The four-time African champions last regrouped few weeks ago where they picked four points from the previous two games against Chad and Mali.

The Black Stars are currently leading Group I of the qualifiers with 19 points and need just a win from the remaining games to punch their ticket to the Copa Mundial - which will be held in the summer of next year in USA, Canada and Mexico.

Coach Otto Addo has most of the integral players of his squad fully fit and playing for their various clubs and is set to call-up a new squad for the games coming up and is expected to be made official by the close of the week.

The Black Stars will first play as guests to Central African Republic on Wednesday October 8 in El Jadida, before they wrap up the qualifiers against Comoros at the Ohene Gyan Stadium on Sunday October 12.
