A huge crowd is expected at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday when the Black Stars face Comoros in their final 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying match.

Tickets for the decisive Group I clash are already selling fast, with prices ranging from GH₵50 for the Popular Stand to GH₵1,000 for the VVIP section.

However, the surge in demand reflects the excitement surrounding Ghana’s bid to secure qualification for next year’s tournament in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

The National Sports Authority (NSA) has announced that 35,000 tickets will be made available for the encounter, while also reopening previously restricted sections of the stadium to accommodate the expected turnout.

NSA Public Relations Officer Charles Amofa said the Authority is focused on ensuring a safe and well-organised showdown.

He explained that measures are in place to “create a vibrant atmosphere while maintaining order and safety” throughout the match.

With qualification hopes on the line, the Black Stars will look to draw inspiration from the home crowd as they seek to end their campaign on a winning note against the Comorians.
