Ghana and Bristol City forward, Antoine Semenyo is looking really poised and is on alert to exhibit to the world stage what he's got despite admitting there's a competition in the Black Stars.
The 22 year old arrived in camp last Tuesday, having missed out on the first day training session but has settled really well already, and is geared up for the task ahead.
The English born of Ghanaian decent, has been sensational in the English Championship right from last season and the just-commenced 2022/23 campaign is of no exception.
He has four goals in six matches in all competitions so far despite battling injuries, reason he was handed another call up by coach Otto Addo to prove his worth.
The former Sunderland loanee has admitted the competition in camp is a healthy one and can't wait to grab a starting spot to showcase what he's got. He told the GFA official YouTube channel;
"It's a healthy competition and everyone is fine for the spot so you know if you get that number one spot, you will wanna keep it."
"I just want to show the world stage what I can do, I want to show them I can score, I can link play and run in behind if I need to so like I said I'm ready when I'm called upon."
Ghana will engage heavyweights, Brazil in their first Friendly this Friday, September 23, 2022 at the Stade Oceane Le Havre in France.
