Ghanaian champions, Asante Kotoko are seriously putting measures in place to establish a formidable and strong youth team to feed them with talents.
As part of the plans, the club is organising a four-day tryout for young footballers in the region and the country as a whole to hunt talents with the program expected to be held later this month.
Coach Abdulai Gazale has so much experience when it comes to developing and nurturing talents, and has been demoted to the youth side to lead this project despite starting the season as the assistant to the senior team.
Players that are eligible to show up are expected to be between the ages of 15 to 19, with interested applicants urged to go for their registration forms from January 12, to confirm their participation.
Forms can be acquired at the secretariat of the Ashanti Regional Football Association and T.I Amass, Kumasi.
Selected players will be drafted into the team to form a strong side for the U-20 subsequently.
The justify will be held on Tuesday January 17-20, 2023 at the Adako-Jachie training grounds.
