Port City FC have asked head coach Charles Boateng to temporarily step aside following their 1-1 draw with Great Olympics in Sunday’s Access Bank Division One League clash at the McDan Teshie Sports Complex.
The club’s decision comes as part of an internal review of recent performances, with Port City eager to find consistency after recording two wins, a draw, and one defeat.
Port City currently sit sixth on the Zone Three table with seven points from four matches, while Great Olympics remain in 12th place with three points.
The move signals the club’s intent to reassess its technical direction as they aim to push higher up the standings in the coming weeks.
