Ghana legend Asamoah Gyan has finally bagged his UEFA License B coaching certificate and will now be eligible to lead most of our local clubs.
The 36 year old has always exhibited his readiness to become a football coach when he announces his retirement and has finally turned that dream into reality.
The former Al Ain and Sunderland forward left for Wales to hold a six day program organised by the country's football governing body in June this year and has finally passed out after five solid months.
He's now been awarded with the UEFA License B which will make him a professional coach now though he is yet to officially announce his retirement from the game.
Asamoah Gyan is still Ghana's all time leading goal scorer with 51 goals, and still remains Africa's top scorer at the FIFA World Cup with six goals.
