Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo has reiterated that, he doesn't give a damn about the views of people about him and that his only substantive aim is to establish a formidable side.

The 56 year old announced the Black Stars final World Cup list last Monday and that sparked a huge brouhaha in the local media on the omission of some notable players, though he was ranked 90% from his observations and call up. 

The exclusion of players like Joseph Paintsil, Jeffery Schlupp and Majeed Ashimeru is what majority of Ghanaians ain't happy with and the coach has already defended himself by saying it was due to tactical reasons. 
 
Speaking on JoySports, the Borussia Dortmund trainer said this;
 
“I am not bothered at all, I think whatever People say about me is their own business. The most important thing is that we are focused on building a good team."
 
The team have already pitched pre- World Cup camping in Abu Dhabi and held their first training today, preparing for Switzerland game on Thursday.
 
Ghana is drawn in Group H together with Portugal, South Korea and Uruguay. The 2022 FIFA World Cup starts on Sunday, November 20, 2022.
