Wilfred Osei Kweku Palmer, owner and president of Tema Youth FC, has expressed his determination to return to football administration, stating he has "unfinished business" with Ghana football.

Palmer, a seasoned football administrator, previously served as an Executive Council member and a management committee member of the Black Stars during Kwesi Nyantakyi's tenure as Ghana Football Association (GFA) president. Despite his extensive experience, he was controversially disqualified from contesting the GFA presidential elections in 2019 by the Normalization Committee.

In a recent interview, Palmer reaffirmed his commitment to football, emphasizing that his passion for the sport remains unwavering despite past challenges.

“Despite what I have gone through, I cannot say I have stopped football administration. This is what I have done all these years, so I cannot stop,” he said. “I have unfinished business with Ghana football.”

Palmer's comments come shortly after his recovery from an illness, signaling his readiness to reengage with the football fraternity and contribute to the sport’s development in Ghana.
