A disgruntled Hearts of Oak supporter has launched a scathing attack on head coach Didi Dramani following the club’s shocking MTN FA Cup elimination at the hands of Division Two side True Life FC on Wednesday.

The Phobians, the most successful side in the history of the competition, slipped to a 1-0 defeat at Kpobiman Park despite enjoying good chunck of possession. Their inability to convert dominance into goals proved costly as they crashed out in the Round of 64.

Frustration boiled over after the final whistle, with one fan delivering a blistering verdict on Dramani’s leadership.

“Didi Dramani is a bad coach. I am better than him, even though I’m a carpenter,” the supporter fumed, lamenting Hearts’ continued struggles.

Hearts have found consistency hard to come by since their last silverware in 2022, when they claimed the FA Cup under Samuel Boadu. The team flirted with relegation in 2022/23 before stabilising to finish fourth last season.

Much was expected this campaign, but progress has been uneven, and Wednesday’s defeat has intensified pressure on Dramani, who took over and was given a two-year contract in June 2025 after serving as assistant coach of the Black Stars.

With the fanbase demanding swift improvement, Hearts now turn their attention back to Premier League duties as they prepare for a difficult trip to Tamale to face Karela United on Sunday, December 7.
