Nsoatreman FC snatch the nod to represent Ghana in the 2024/25 CAF Confederations Cup after emerging as champions of the FA Cup.
The 'Efiri Tete Amanaso' outfit after a 1-1 stalemate in regulation time, edged Bofoakwa Tano FC by 5-4 on penalties to clinch the FA Cup in an epic final at the University of Ghana Stadium.
Richard Dzikoe scored first on the 21st minute but his lead was subsequently cancelled out by Sadat Mohammed in the closing moments of the second half to send the game to extra time.
The game finished 1-1 in regulation time and travelled to extra time which also produced no goal and Nsoatreman FC subsequently won 5-4 via penalty shootouts.
The Green-Yellows after winning the league cup for the first time in their history have now gotten the opportunity to play in the Confederations Cup next season.
