Ghanaian business mogul, and owner of Elmina Sharks, Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom has chided Eso Doh Morrison’s poor officiating as the major factor responsible for his team's 1-0 loss to Swedru All Blacks in Sunday's Division One League Zone Two encounter.

The match-day 17 clash was marred by violence after players and match officials assaulted the referee after the fiercely contested encounter at the Nduom Sports Stadium in Elmina.

Swedru All Blacks were awarded a controversial penalty in the 16th minute, which was converted by forward Rudolf Jnr. Mensah.

“I was at the stadium even before the referee and the match commissioner came. Usually, there is a conference before every match to address concerns, but these match officials did not show up for that match conference,” Dr Nduom told GTV Sports Plus.

“Twelve minutes into the match, l witnessed an incident that should not have resulted in a penalty. When that decision was made, everyone was in disbelief.”

”I have worked with many referees, but this referee was quite, in my view, insolent. It seemed he did not care about his responsibilities."
