Out-gone Hearts of Oak head coach, Samuel Boadu has apologised for getting into the inner perimeter last Sunday at the Ohene Gyan Stadium.

The 'Phobians' despite their 1-0 victory over their Malian counterparts got eliminated from the CAF Confederations Cup due to their appaling 3-0 loss in the first leg in Bamako.

Boadu has been axed for almost a month now in what is described as a poor start to the new season, with the official announcement finally made after their defeat to arch rivals Asante Kotoko in Kumasi in week 3.

Despite his jettisoning, the enterprising gaffer was present at the Accra Sports Stadium last Sunday to rally behind his former club and unusually was spotted inside inner perimeter cheering up the fans.

Now that incident, sparked a huge hullabaloo among football fans in the country with majority questioning why and how he got there in the first place.

With this, Samuel Boadu has seen it needful to come out and apologised for what happened. He's asked for a plea from interim coach David Ocloo and the entire team, per reports from Kumasi-based Luv FM.
