In an international friendly against Liberia on Tuesday, Ghana's midfielder, Mohammed Kudus, reached a significant milestone by scoring his 10th international goal for the Black Stars.
The 23-year-old midfielder played a pivotal role in Ghana's recent victories during the international break, both against the Central African Republic and Liberia.
Kudus's first goal came as an impressive free-kick in Ghana's 2-1 triumph over the Central African Republic in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The former Ajax star followed up with another spectacular goal in the friendly match against Liberia at the Accra Sports Stadium on Tuesday.
Since making his debut for Ghana in November 2019, Kudus has now notched 10 goals in 26 appearances, including his two goals in this international window.
With his impressive performance, the former Ajax standout will return to West Ham with increased confidence as he seeks regular playing time following his €40 million move.
