Ghana Football Association President, Kurt Okraku, insists that the Black Stars will make Ghana proud at the world cup in Qatar.

Ghana secured their fourth world cup slot after edging out Nigeria in the play-offs in March.

Ghana are in the same group with Uruguay, South Korea and Portugal in the group stage of the mundial.
 
After months of engagements to switch nationalities, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) have confirmed the availability of Inaki Williams, Tariq Lamptey, Patrick Pfeifer and others.
 
Meanwhile, Southampton stalwart Mohammed Salisu have availed himself for selection after years of self-imposed absence.
 
The GFA also confirmed Otto Addo has the head coach after reaching an agreement with Borussia Dortmund and their talent trainer.
 
Kurt Okraku has assured that the Black Stars will make Ghana proud in November- December this year.
 
"Mohammed Polo has come and done his bit, it is left with me and you to also do our part in our mission to make our dear nation great and strong," Okraku said at the launch of Mohammed Polo's Book launch.
 
"Our beloved Black Stars are in the Mundial (2022 World Cup) and we will go there and make our nation great and strong and proudly defend our colours and we will go there with the one and only professor Mohammed Ahmed 'Polo'," he added.
