Head coach of current Ghana Premier League champions Samartex FC, Nurudeen Amadu has responded and described the recent bribery allegations made by Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe as irrelevant

The former Ghana FA boss earlier made wild allegations that, one of the reasons the country's two biggest clubs; Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko are struggling is that, referees in the Ghanaian game are always bribed and manipulated and that's why they deliberately deliver bad officiating in games to favour the small clubs in the league.

His comments didn't go down well with the winning-coach who has also hit back and has described the comments made by the veteran football administrstor as nothing but irrelevant allegations. He said;

"We had a couple of our matches televised live. Was there any complaint from a team claiming to have been cheated in any of the games we won?"

"Does this mean we cheated Kotoko and Hearts, who all lost to us? For me, these allegations are irrelevant."

Nurudeen Amadu delivered a great performance and is now hailed in Samreboi after leading Samartex FC to their first league triumph in the just-finished 2023/24 season.
