Giants Asante Kotoko will look to halt their recent appaling winless run when they play away at bottom-placed Kotoku Royals in a tricky GPL week 31 clash at the Theater of Dreams Park in Dawu.

The host might have been relegated but comments from their bankroller Lindford Amoah indicates they ain't forfeiting any of their games and will come into the game with so much dedication for all three points.

The Royals are winless in their last five matches, with two draws and three defeats- with the recent one happening against Berekum Chelsea where they lost by 2-0.

Their relegation back into Division One has been confirmed already as they continue to sit at the foot of the table with 23 points.

However, Kotoko haven't been really in their best of form with their last win happening against leaders Aduana Stars in Kumasi but have failed to build on such a huge momentum.

The Porcupine Warriors have just a win, with two draws and loses in their previous five games and are currently occupying the 8th spot with 44 points and will badly aim at a win to reinstate themselves into the top four.

TEAM NEWS

Kotoku Royals have any injury or suspension cases and coach John Eduafo will have a full strength squad to select from for the game.

Young goalie Frederick Asare picked up an injury in their training friendly against Betenase FC during the midweek and has therefore been ruled out of the game. He is likely not to play again this season.

However, Cameroonian goalie Moise Poauty is expected to be handed his first league start today though first-choice Danlad Ibrahim made the trip.
