Heart of Lions and Dreams FC have played out a pulsating 2-2 stalemate at the Nii Adjei Kraku II stadium on Monday afternoon in Ghana Premier League match-day 3.

The Lions commanding start to the season serges on having delivered another good performance to ensure their unbeaten start is still intact.

Both teams started on a good note and kept the ball on the pitch allowing the game to flow with both clubs showcasing some quality football in the early stages.

However, the home team jumped into the lead on the 36th minute courtesy young defender Chris Yaovi Guede.

In the second half, Heart of Lions looked very much motivated and poised having returned with so much purpose in search of the leveller.

In the 50th minute mark, former Hearts of Oak midfielder Michelle Sarpong found the back of the net to get the visitors back on level pegging after a long hunt.

Nine minutes later, Heart of Lions scored again through Christian Agyenim Boateng to go in front for the first time in the game.

Dreams FC after going down tried lifting up the ante by making some dangerous incursions in search of the leveller knowing very well how disappointing it will be should the scoreline remain like this

Finally, with two minutes to go, experienced striker Joseph Esso netted a crucial goal to level the score for the homesters as it finished 2-2 after full time.

Dreams FC with no win from their opening three matches, will travel to gutless Bechem United next week.

Heart of Lions will face Bibiani Goldstars next in a game a win could send them to the top of the league.
