Aduana Stars will butt heads with Swedru All Blacks in an epic match-day 3 clash of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League at the Nana Agyemang Badu II Stadium.

This is going to be the first ever meeting between these two clubs in the topflight and and both teams will have nothing but a winning mindset coming into the game for the maximum points and bragging rights

MATCH PREVIEW

After a narrow 1-0 loss away at Karela United on opening day, Aduana Stars redeemed themselves with also an important win over Nations FC by the same margin to bounce back on winning path in the last round of matches.

It was really a very tedious task against the Eagles last week in Dormaa but ‘Ogya’ lads still prevailed despite the difficult nature of the game courtesy Hensen Anponsa’s late winner in the 88th minute.

The Fire Boys were kept very busy in the transfer window with some promising signings and the main motive was to perform better than they did in the previous season.

For the first time since 2009, Swedru All Blacks are back in the Premier League after finishing as winners of zone 2 of Division One and are currently off to a brighter start.

The ‘Ozii Ozawa’ outfit gave away a goal lead to suffer a 2-1 away defeat at Nations FC on the opening day but really gave a very good account of themselves

Ahmed Ibrahim Fathi’s men made it even better last week with an emphatic 3-0 home win over Berekum Chelsea to prove to everyone they are in not to just add up to numbers but to establish themselves as a mainstay.

TEAM NEWS
