Hearts of Oak will look to end their three-game winless run on Saturday, November 29, when they host Vision FC in what will be a tricky match-day 12 clash of the Ghana Premier League.
The ‘Phobians’ will be playing at home this time at the University of Ghana Stadium - which is now their adopted venue after ditching the Accra Sports Stadium just this week due to unknown reasons.
Despite having the upper hand on Vision recently, Didi Dramani’s men knows very well how tricky fixtures like these could be and will definitely prepare his lads very well for the game.
MATCH PREVIEW
The Rainbow Club once again played out a goalless draw in another away fixture against Young Apostles and will have to up the ante in their next game to secure win to remain in the title race.
It was a very difficult game where the giants even struggled to create clear goal-scoring opportunities and also blasted the few that fell on their path
Hearts of Oak are currently found in six place with 18 points, five behind league leaders Aduana Stars after 11 matches.
Vision FC, on the other hand, are currently on a drawing streak after yet again playing out a pulsating 2-2 stalemate against Heart of Lions in their last game at home.
The ‘Ewuo Keke’ lads really gave a very good account of themselves in the game even though they had to chase for equalizer on two occasions which they eventually had from Maxwell Kwaku Sensah and Tei Nagadzi to split the points.
With just three wins this season from eleven outings, Vision FC are in tenth place with 14 points and a win could see make a significant rise towards the top four zone while a defeat will have relegation staring at you.
TEAM NEWS
Yaw Amankwah Baafi returns into Hearts’ squad after missing the last game due to accumulation of cards.
Coach Didi Dramani might decide to maintain Solomon Agbasi in goal just as it’s been in their last two games or hand back Benjamin Asare his starting role heading into the game.
There are no injuries or suspension updates for coach Nana Kweku Agyemang, who will have a full strength team for the game
