Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani says the club’s revival must be rooted in identity, structure and a clear collective direction as his side prepare for their Ghana Premier League matchday 12 meeting with Vision FC on Saturday, November 29.

Dramani stressed that Hearts must look and play like a team with purpose, insisting that clarity of philosophy is essential not only for the players, but also for supporters and the wider club.

“Everything begins with direction,” he believes — and every phase of their work must reflect that.

The Phobians enter the weekend under pressure after taking just two points from their last three games. Dramani acknowledges the difficult stretch but says the lessons from those performances have been critical in shaping preparation for Saturday’s encounter.

He admits Hearts still have issues to resolve but points to visible improvements in their approach, especially in how they use the ball and handle key phases in the final third.

For a club of Hearts’ stature, he says, results will always be central, but so too will the process of building a recognisable style.

Dramani, who has vast coaching experience under his sleeves is urging sharper decision-making, greater belief in decisive moments and more composure in front of goal.

Despite recent frustrations, he insists the Phobians are on the right path and that sustained consistency will eventually produce the outcomes they seek.
