Dreams FC recorded their second victory of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League campaign after defeating FC Samartex 2-0 at the Tuba Astro Turf on Sunday, November 2, 2025.
The Still Believe lads produced a spirited performance to end Samartex’s unbeaten run, scoring a goal in each half to claim all three points.
Suraj Seidu opened the scoring in the 30th minute with a well-taken finish, before substitute Jonathan Nemorden came off the bench to seal the result with an 85th-minute strike.
The win provided much-needed relief for head coach Winfred Dormon and his side, who had been struggling in recent weeks. The result lifted Dreams FC out of the relegation zone and offered renewed confidence heading into their upcoming fixtures.
For Samartex, the defeat marked their first setback of the season, halting their momentum after a recent victory. They will aim to recover when they host Swedru All Blacks in their next outing, while Dreams FC will travel to face Karela United in their next league encounter.
